Após o Sindicato ter acionado o Ministério Público do Trabalho sobre a situação dos balcões de check in, a demanda começou a avançar.

A entidade vem reunindo-se com a Infraero e as empresas aéreas para construir um novo modelo de balcão, capaz de atender às necessidades dos aeroviários que atuam no setor no Aeroporto de Guarulhos.
